What can I expect during my first session with Red Letter Counselling?
During your first session with Red Letter Counselling Services, the therapist will create a safe and welcoming environment for you. They will ask questions to better understand you, learn what brings you to therapy, and discuss your goals for the sessions. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. This initial session allows both you, the client, and the therapist to determine whether this type of therapy is a good fit for you.
How long is a session with Red Letter Counselling?
Counselling and equine-assisted learning sessions typically last 50 to 55 minutes. However, session lengths may vary depending on your specific needs. If you wish to book a longer session, please request this at the time of booking. * Additional charges will apply for extended sessions.
How much does a session with Red Letter Counselling cost?
At Red Letter Counselling, we understand that financial situations can vary. We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone. Our standard fees differ based on the type of session, whether it is counselling or equine-assisted learning.

Does Red Letter Counselling offer Medicare & Private Health Fund Rebates?
Red Letter Counselling does not currently offer Medicare of Private Health Fund Rebates.
Does Red Letter Counselling accept NDIS participants?
Red Letter Counselling is not registered with the NDIS. Therefore, Red Letter Counselling can only accept NDIS participants' funding for those who are self-managed or plan-managed through a plan manager.
