Red Letter Counselling was established in 2020. The name "Red Letter" was chosen to reflect Jesus, as his words are written in red throughout the Bible. The goal of Red Letter Counselling is to embody the love of Jesus. During his ministry on earth, Jesus interacted with all people, showing them love, non-judgment, and kindness.

Rachael - EAL student
Rachael is currently completing her Diploma of Social Science and her training as an EAL practitioner. She is passionate about animals and enjoys spending time with her horses and dogs. Additionally, she loves nature, drinking coffee, and worshiping Jesus.
Rachael has firsthand experience in how animals can help overcome anxiety. As a young girl with anxiety, working regularly with horses helped her build self-awareness and overcome bouts of anxiety. She strongly believes that animals can assist in co-regulating a client’s nervous system and offer a non-judgmental space to aid in the learning process.
