Counselling Framework & Approach

Kelly is a registered clinical counsellor with PACFA & CCAA. Kelly's counselling framework incorporates a person-centred approach. She believes that each person is unique, with different personalities, beliefs, and understandings. Therefore, she offers clients a personal approach that includes a connected, empathetic, and genuine relationship, integrating diverse processes into counselling sessions. Kelly journeys with clients to help them find their true selves. She believes that people need to become aware of themselves, their beliefs, their thought processes, and the origins of their thoughts. Kelly works with individuals to help with issues such as anger, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and identity issues.

Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors amongst the trees overlooking the horse paddock.

Professional Supervision

In-Person and Online Professional Supervision Sessions Available

Professional Supervision Approach

Professional supervision is a collaborative, reflective process that supports practitioners to develop their skills, maintain ethical practice, and enhance their well-being in their professional roles. It provides a safe, structured space to explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen decision-making through guided reflection and dialogue.

Kelly has completed a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision through the University of Divinity and is working towards membership with the Australian Association of Supervision (AAOS). Drawing on her background in chaplaincy and counselling, she brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to supervision. Supervision practice is grounded in creating a supportive and respectful environment where individuals feel heard, challenged, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.

Individual, Group or Peer Supervision Available.
